Increase in the well trained staff members, will increase the productivity and it will cause to increase in the wages being given to these well trained people. As a result, the firms or agencies will reduce the demand for health personnel in the labor market. The firms will do so to compensate the higher wages being paid to the well trained personnel.

Increase in availability of the certain technologies, will increase the demand for health personnel who can work with these technologies, but it will decrease the demand of those labors who are not skilled to work on these technologies. It will cause the structural unemployment in the economy.
