Dr. King (Dr. Martin Luther King) had to dream to realize that was based upon equal job opportunities, civil rights, racism free society and similar developments at the society level, that was specifically meant for the Black Americans. Today, it can be said that USA has realized the dream, thought by Dr. King up to a significant level. In today's America, there is strict prohibition of discrimination and racism at work, equal job opportunities for everyone and equal civil rights for all. To implement it, there are many federal and state level regulations that protect people and punish entities who do not obey it. Further, there is a drive for developing diversity and affirmative action among the organizations, that further facilitate the dream of Dr. King, along with electing a president of Mr. Obama in the recent past.
Though at a society and individual
level, the work is still on to improve the scenario and prevent
undercover organization from spreading hatred against the Negro
people or Black Americans. For this, a rights group and or NGOs
still work to achieve and make a better society in the
USA.
