Fishing is restricted to certain seasons throughout the year. For residents of a given
state, fishing licenses are required. Out-of-state residents who want to fish in the same lakes of the
state are required to pay higher fishing license fees.
Do you expect the out-of-state fishing license holders to be better fishers than the license
holders of the resident state? Explain.
Non residents have to higher for fishing license than the residents, it is not because that out of state fishing license holders are better fishers than the resident ones. It is because of other reasons.
Firstly Non-resident fishers don’t have to pay taxes in states and they don't have any source of vote in the state they don’t live in. Thus charging high fees from non residents is a good business to rise the revenue.
Secondly, residents live in that state for life long. Thus the after effects of any natural resources like over fishing will only affect their life. Nom residents will come and use those resources and are soon gone. Thus they should be charged more.
