In my opinion prioritizing individuals ahead of organization has both advantages and at the same time have pitfalls

Putting customer first means that the business always put the needs and requirements of a customer ahead of anything else

It takes organizations special attention ,they end up providing personalized customer experience

These organizations strive to identify what their customers want

Pitfalls of what he is recommending are :

• It puts lot of pressure on the working staff
• They have to understand the needs and wants of large number of customers which is really worrisome
• Conflict can arise if customer needs are not well understood
• Fully personalized customer experiences can disrupt the services they provide
