Opportunity cost of 1 barrel of oil in Iraq = olive oil given up/oil produced = 8/8 = 1 bottles of olive oil
So, Iraq has a comparative advantage in oil. Thus, Iraq will produce oil = 8 barrels and Iran will produce olive oil = 12 barrels.
