Answer #1

14th Amendment to the US constitution provides citizenship to anyone who is born in the USA. But according to scholars, 14th amendment has been severely misused by the immigrants to get US citizenship. Americans believe that native people and cultures are being overshadowed by the continuous influx of immigrants.

Thus, President Trump is likely to sign executive order to re-interpret constitutional amendment. if such executive order is signed, misuse of such amendment can be done.

But it is difficult task to identify misuse of amendment. Thus, passing of such order is not imminent. Amending constitution would require massive public backings.
