There are lot of challenges the heath care sector faces around the world. Of many, 'rapidly rising costs and unequal access to health care, are considered as the twin problems of healthcare in the US.

Explanation:

To begin with, the cost of getting health care is very high and it is getting higher each day. The latter problem is limited access to healthcare. Many efforts have been made to reform this, but still but many people are left without access to health care.

These two problems are related because if the health care industry gets too high, of course people will no longer be able to have any access to it. Both of these problems have to be corrected at the earliest convenience. The government and insurance companies have come forward and taken necessary steps to avoid these two evils to ensure the best health care service for everyone.
