Answer #1

The World Trade Organization (WTO) is the main worldwide establishment that supervises the worldwide principles of exchange between countries. It depends on understandings marked by most of the world's exchanging countries. Yes, WTO is doing a great job in promoting free and just trade.

WTO’s success in achieving its goals has been the “Import Prohibition of certain shrimp and shrimp products" dispute. Under this case the World Trade Organization not just cares for economic aspects of trade issues, but also for other aspects, like environmental aspects.

Another example of World Trade Organization is “Standards for Reformulated and Conventional Gasoline". The case, referred to as DS2 was filed by Venezuela, along with Brazil against the United States.

These two examples gave a strong indication that the WTO has been able t achieve its goals without any bias.
