Answer #1

While the exports are expected to decrease in the market of European union, the company can take different marketing actions. The first marketing action should be to enter into the long term contract of exports to these markets, so that export level should be maintained over a considerable period of time. Further, the specific products should be developed that is specifically created according to the need of people in the market of EU. The second marketing action should be to find alternative markets that can be in Asia region, Latin America and or African markets. So, the marketing action will be either directly cater the demand, or develop the market to get the first mover advantages. The third marketing action will be to customize the products as well as customizing the marketing communication so that the cultural dimensions of each market are given due attention. It will help the company sustain under the due pressure of decreasing exports from the market of EU.
