Recently the board of 108 Billion dollar Tata Group had decided to sack the Chairman and Managing Director Cyrus Mistry for his non performance and non compliance to ethical code of conduct.

Issues like rift with board of directors, excessive micromanagement, Bureaucracy, lack of trust and collaboration led to his removal.

Shareholders too subsequently voted in favour of removal as it caused heavy losses to subsidiary companies and saw massive erosive profits and decline in share prices which prompted shareholders to vote in favour of his removal.
