Why do fertility rates decline as countries become wealthier?

As the country gets wealthier, the infant mortality, child mortality decreases and the healthcare service improves, thus the people are less fearful of losing children, thus they do not produce more children. In wealthy countries, people generally enjoy more human rights and thus woman can say no to more children. Another reason is that people have more educational capital, settle in life later and thus, this is another reason for decreasing fertility rate.
