Answer #1

Abstract labor is defined naturally as An aspect of actual human labor which is categorically defined as economically valuable worktime.

This form of labor is not inherent in individualistic use values as different individual have different school of thought and ethical guided principles.

Abstract labor in nominal layman terms is regarded as an ability to create particular kind of product and value forming activities in an economic sense which contributes to higher values when labor productivity is maximised.

Exchange value is the value of good in proportional to other good upon exchange. Hence the exchanges value maximises when abstract labor is maximum as for example hand made gold is abstract labor and resell value or exchange value is higher for it.
