Deviance is a word shown unique or unacceptable behavior. In sociology the meaning of word is the violation of norms and rules exists in society. In includes violations in traffic, forest rules and to major offense such as murder. There is no definition for deviance because it is defined by each societies. Rules and its strength is different in each society.

Criminal is referred to one who observed as he/she involved in an activity which is harm to society or punishable by law by guilty of commission. criminal is the one who done a crime or criminal activity. Even society refers criminal as one who committed crime even if not punished.. But it is really matters for one really convicted of a crime. Habitual criminals are the people who commit repeated crimes.
