As students in the this class - you should also be a "Student of Your Industry" To stay competitive in the marketplace today, organization must stay fresh with both internal and external factors.   The internal factors are centered around people, and if we do not continue to learn and expand - the most valuable (and most expensive) resource for the company is not being maximized

  • The internal factors are centred around people.
  • This statement says that if we do not make use of internal factors then the most valuable resource for the company is not being maximized.

In the case of my company, they appreciate this concept.

They says that it will be better for a company to utilize the internal factors so that productivity increases.
