Conditions and vulnerabilities that could threaten the organisation's network and data are:

• At first, any theif can tresspass the building by jumping from the fence. In this case, a thief can easily steal laptops having very important information and can sell it to third party.
• No security guard to check id of visitor and above that no access door control in IT room. So someone can easily come and disturb the network by damaging the wires. They even don't need to steal something.

Possible physical security measures and procedures in order to enhance the security of the IT room could be:

1. As mentioned in the video, fencing of office boundary should be higher and a security guard should be at the main entrance gate, in order to prevent trespassing. That will prevent physical theft at certain level.
2. No unauthorised person should be allowed in the IT room as important work goes there.
3. Guys from IT department should keep their gate closed in order to prevent upcoming physical damage from malicious person.
