1. Check power cycle and check the hardware . Check all your hardware to make sure it's connected properly , turned on and working .

(3) Run the windows network trubbleshooter - include some built in trouble shooters that can automatically find and fix issues. - troubleshooting steps – Use ipconfig, Use ping and tracert , Perform a DNS check , Check on virus and malware protection , review database logs
(4) check for a valid IP address and reviewing your IP address validity
(5) check your Internet Service Provider ( ISP)
