Benefits of PCL:

1. High performance
2. Compactness of the data stream
3. Print quality is very much better
4. color printing is supported better

Disadvantage is that paper jam occurs while printing which is an error. Printing can be started again where the jam has been occured.

2.Ans:

Printer pooling allows the printer to create a pool of multiple printers to prevent workload for one printer. Inorder to create printer pooling, we have should have printers which are manufactured from same company and same type.

Benefits of Printer Pooling:

1. Simultaneously prints the jobs.

2. No waiting time for the job. Saves the time.

3. When there is problem with one printer there is a backup printer available to do the job.
