If an Operating system implements the Biba integrity model in its original form , then it will be difficult to an ordinary user .

Because an ordinary user is categorized as the low level , where he is only given the permission to read the content above his level , he cannot modify it .

No , because the ordinary user is not allowed to run the program , only read access will be provided .
