MSRN i.e. Mobile Station Roaming Number, it a routing number that identifies the current location of the called MS. MSRN is temporary network identity assigned to a mobile subscriber. It identifies the serving MSC/VLR and it is used for call delivery (calls incoming to an MS).
MISISDN or Mobile Station International Subscriber Directory Number is a number used to identify a mobile phone number internationally. MSISDN is defined by the E.164 numbering plan and includes a country code and a National Destination Code which identifies the subscriber's operator. MSISDN is the dialed number to reach a GSM user.
