  • The OSI organizes a network into a protocol stack, and they are oblivious of issues at some other layer and its delimitate how networking H/W and S/W are to take data and transpose it crossways a network.

  • Basically, Internet layer are responsible for the routing which is used for the moving packets across the network.
  • It is also responsible for transferring logical address to physical address.
