3.It provides users with some form of access to a database without the need for setting up physical hardware, installing software or configuring for performance. In this case doctors won't need any database installed in their computers instead they can access all data online.

4.Here doctors do not need to do maintenance of database as it will be taken care by the service provider.All they have to do is access the records.Any more privileges like data updating etc can be gained by proper approvals.
