DevOps practices in an organization increase efficiency and also reduces cost. The technical benefits would be continuous software delivery, lesser complexity, faster resolution of the problems, faster delivery of the products and features, improving communication and collaboration among others. Thus it does not lead to higher costs and poorer service.
