- delivering non quality/ defective products
- delivery time is long

- trust issues

the most important factors for a merchant to make online sale is to build trust among customers and providing quality products.

They can do the following to entice more online sale:
- getting honest feedback from customers so that any user intending to buy that product shall refer it.
- providing proper and clear information regarding the quality of product that has been put on to sale.
- reducing the price than storefront or providing combo offers now and then to earn regular customers.
