Cost of Ownership of your ERP system are :-

  1. Fees For software license and annual maintenance.
  2. People costs For staff time to implement a new system.
  3. Operating expenses For maintaining or replacing: Servers System software
  4. People cost :Hardware & networking support Software upgrades & bug fixe

Costing (Example) -

  1. cost of server (online)- Rs 1300 (to run erp on online system)
  2. cost of maintance (new changes) - Rs 3000 (including server)
  3. cost of making new software - Rs 50000.(time 1 month)

total costing for 6 year will be 1300*6 + 3000*6 +50000 = Rs 75800 (Estimated)
