Ans) A large proportion of telemedicine services remain at a pilot or experimental phase, despite positive results because there is not as much implementation of hardware as far as private practices are concerned

few of the important obstacles are:-

- improper staff handling due to virus outbreak

- The patient is unware of the system and how to present the problems they are facing

- the echo or network issues generated in the platform causing problem in communication

- expensive in nature as separate team is required to monitor and keep track of the application

- privacy of the patient is at stake due to digitization of record

-lack of integration for  Electronic Health Records with the platform the hospital is using

- Unwareness of the portal to the clients
