Some of the ways for reducing the spam email are as mentioned below:

1) To have an inbuilt email spam filter to reduce the spam

2) To avoid putting email address everywhere and not share it on social or any business networking sites

3) To use anti-spamming and antivirus software in your system

4) To unsubscribe from that of the mail list and prevent replying to a spammer

The above have not been that effective as spamming are not easily detectable hence the below are to be additionally used.

1) One can use the real time block list

2) To use the recipient verification and specific web based contact from that of the website

3) To have an anti spamming practice and have specific training to prevent it.
