These are the three companies that hires programmers every quarter:-

(i) Cognizant technical solutions

(ii) Infosys.

(iii) TCS.

Programmers are hired to develop softwares.Firstly they are involved in a project for developing softwares according to requirement of clients then they work on that software as team members.

There are also different roles for programmers such as developer, debugger, tester, designer etc. Programmers are trained on mostly all new technologies so that according to need of project they can work on it.

For me, database developer is perfect fit.
