Answer #1

Answer:-

A) 6 bit radix 10 (19) to sign magnitude

-> The given number is +19

The no in sign magnitude is 010011 (as it is positive so MSB is 0).

B) 6 bit radix 10(19) to 1's complement

-> As the number is positive the MSB is 0.

And the 1's complement representation will be same as sign magnitude representation as the number is positive.So,the value is 010011.

C) 6 bit radix 10(27) to two's complement

-> MSB will be 0

The two complement value is 011011
