William is attempting to sign in to his operating system but he receives an error message stating that he has entered an invalid password. i. How can he solve this problem?

Answer:-

If it shows I entered wrong password . I will try to remember the password and will try it again. If that was also not the correct one I will try to see the password hints if there is any and which will crack the password.

If that's not possible I will try to check the user account which I am trying is right or wrong.if right then I will try to login with administrator account and then reset the password for the user through the control panel.

If that is also doesn't shown up I will try doing reset using the password reset disk.
