While communicating with the clients we should be addressing inthe formal way and we should avoid any unwanted hassle or confusion between us and clients. We should be punctual and avoid any unncessary delay in the professional space. Clients are one who are giving us work so we should be genrous and polite to them . We should listen to their feedback and opinion without interuupting them and provide them feasibility of their feddbakc and opinion at the end in polite manner , so that there is no quarell between the client and the devlopers. We should never lose out temper if the clients has lost its temper , we should be cool them down and ask what went wrong and how they can improve it to their satisfaction.
