How are you determining the stakeholders related to your analytics deployment? What kinds of training needs should be addressed for these stakeholders?

For analytics deployment, stakeholders are determined on the basis of requirement like if the requirement of the time is marketing then marketing stakeholders are required or when the requirement of the time is for development then the development stakeholders are required.

A pre deployment phase is required as a training need to test all the analytics capabilities before the actual deployment and planning phase is also required so that desired solution is ready to deployed in the deployment mode. As the pre deployment phase is going, testing and validation should also be required.
