Risk analysis terms leads to identification of risk associated with business that potentially impact the business , and task analyse risk is subset of risk analysis which deals with risk associated with task. Now as per question we may needs to develop a risk register table for entries for each identified risk it is because risks may have broder impact on business , i.e. if one risk is not handled properly then it may leads to identification of new risk , so maintaining a risk register table will keeps inform about the risk and prevents the same risk to be appear again.
