a>yes this requirement is concise because students attending the admission procedure should know beforehand that

how many seats are required for a particular suibjects if he/she comes for enrollment and doesn't find class seat they will be wasting their time.An online website should in which subject one student can enroll according to its requirement and how many seats are avaliable in that particular subject.

b> yes this requirement is atomic it can be improved by

1.creating an online status checker

2.giving a fullprocedure of requirement of a particular subject.

c>yes this requirement is testable but it will not benefit a large no of students .
