What is the difference between using the fill handle and just selecting cells?
How many file formats will Excel allow you to save a workbook in?
How can you check for the referencing of valid data in your workbook?
The difference berween using fill, handle and just selecting cells is fill handle is one of the useful feature in MS excel which allows us to select and fill the number of desired cells with a series of number, alphabets or dates however on the other selecting cells simply selects a desired number of cells it does nothing else,
There are many fie formats which allows us to save our work book in excel they are:
XLSX-default XML file
XLSM- Excel workbook code fie
XLSB-Binart file format
XLS-for older version of excel
XLW-It saves onlt worksheet ,chartsheet and macro sheet
We can check the referncing of valid data by selecting the number of cells we want to check the validation for and then click on the data tab and then data validation button and in the setting option select the validation rule criteria
