Why should passwords be applied to services individually and uniquely when using SQL database.

Passwords should be applied to each and every services because if suppose the hacker tries to hack the database he will try to find the usrnames and password stored on the database. If he successfully gets all the usernames and passwords that are been stored on that database he/she can easily access users profile but if there is password protection on the data of user the hacker will not be able to access any information from users profile like if you have any personal data that will be encrypted by the services. For the worst case scenario if the hacker hackes the data too than there will be authentications on network which will not be accessible without the password than again the hacker need to search for the password so this will make the much secured data. That's why one should put password on each and every services.
