The answer to each situation above would very because of the fact that every one has a different opinion and have different expectations from the system or website so they will be having a different perspective for the website of system and their opinion will very. As we are not taking the opinion in a single format from the users like their asking users to submit their opinion, in second situation we are taking a survey to find out which website features a wish to see redesigned and in the third situation we are using the forms to take input from the customers to get their opinion as all of these input methods or suggestion methods are different so there will be a major variance in the answers of the users and and as all the users have different opinion about a system and its uses so obviously their opinion will vary.
