Yeah i believe in the concept of growth mindset as i myself as gone under the change and developed my talents through hard work, good strategies, and input from others. It is said that "hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard", which is absolutely correct at least in my case.
I learned that if i worry less about looking smart and put more energy into learning i can achieve more and excel in my field.
The confusion regarding this concept is people think a growth mindset is being flexible or open-minded or with having a positive outlook — qualities they believe they’ve simply always had.
I could apply growth mindset idea to my transfer experience by working hard and making good strategies what i am going to do next and how can i improve myself from what today i am.
