A good team member is a person who is goal-oriented instead of self-oriented.

Help your team by using your strengths, clearly understand your role.

Be positive, and help others as much as you can.

By being cooperative and willing to work hard, you'll definitely be a good team player.

A good team member should be a good Communicator. Be involved and active within the group

Thinking more about big picture rather than self-satisfaction. This is important. All other qualities inherit from this one.
