Answer #1

Status Bar:- It is Horizontal bar generally located at the bottom of window. it shows satus of various operations being performed.

for eg: we are downloading something, status bar shows the amount that has been downloaded

Ribbon:- the function of the ribbon is to give quick access to the tasks that are frequently used by an application. it is specific to an application

Mini toolbar:- generally the tool bar contains a large number of tools used by that application. But we do not use all the tols regularly. So mini toolbar is a toolbar that contains the tools that are mostly used.

eg:changing font sizes, styles are commonly done operations ,so this will be in mini toolbar

Formula Bar:- it is used to use the existing formula or for entering a new formula that can be used in future. this formula can be used for calcuation. one can access the formula by clicking on the formula bar or prssing = in a cell.

Shortcut menu: it is a menu in the form of Graphical User Interface, which appears only when the user interacts (eg:right click). this menu is related to the file we are working on. It will provide easy referance for different menu options like copy, paste etc..
