Having a good Communication Skill if very important how you present some Ideas Before the team and what we want to achieve at the end at the same listening to the Ideas of the Team Member be open to there ideas of implementation make Good Understanding between the team and and it has been seen happy team always delivers better result . Without effective communication IT company cant run well be it when coming to write an email or when one showing a presentation the ability to share the information accurately without any kind of Jargons makes the things very and ended up getting good Result.

Collaboration :

Although some IT professionals like to work alone and deliver better but collaboration is very important to good successful professional. the ability to work with other having different way of thinking and different vision makes one open with different Ideas which in turns have a great impact learning Curve and it does help one having a better Career and shape a good team and they feel better contributing as there point of view has been taken into consideration .Accepting people that having better technical Skills and knowledge and incorporating their views makes teamwork and Output better .
