The above issue happens when there is an issue with that of the IPTable. When this error is displayed it means that the system one is using is unable to send in any ICMP outbound packets from that of the server and this certainly means that one might contain a firewall rule that is attempting to block the ICMP traffic for this IP or the entire ICMP.
