ABC company provides consulting services in Information Technology to its clients. In order to provide the best services to the clients, it is essential for ABC company to assign it’s employees with the right skills and skill levels to the clients’ projects. ABC company has identified a need for building a database system that records and maintains the skills of it's employees. The purpose of this system is two-fold; to identify employees that possess the right skills and skill levels when a new project emerges, and to provide the employees with training to develop new skills or to improve the skill levels of their existing skills. For each employee of the company, the system maintains a unique EmployeeID, LastName, FirstName, Middle initial, SSN, Date of Birth, Title/position, Highest education degree, current annual salary. The system also maintains a list of skills, giving a unique skill code for each skill (i.e. Skill code PM for Project Management). Please build a Conceptual Data model for this system.
