Answer #1

1) Security - The security vulnerabilities in WordPress websites are higher compare to other CMS(Content management systems).

2) Use of PHP - PHP programming language has become outdated nowadays and developers choose JavaScript and Python scripting languages as an alternative for creating a fully-fledged CMS.

3) Outdated Plugins - Constant security updates and functionalities should be developed, otherwise clients will choose an alternative solution to develop one from scratch.

4) Knowledge in SEO - Developers should have prior knowledge in setting up SEO on a WordPress website, otherwise, it's useless to develop a simple one.

5) Cross-platform development - WordPress is not flexible in developing a cross-platform CMS for viewing in a mobile phone or even on a desktop application

6) Desktop application - Nowadays it's easy to create a CMS using javascript that can be used as desktop applications on any platform, while a WordPress cannot be made into a desktop application. Clients prefer cross-platform functionalities.

7) Hosting - Certain servers and cloud solution providers don't provide WordPress hosting support anymore out of the box. The developer has to set up the environment and hosts the CMS.

8) Speed - WordPress tends to be slow compared to Ghost and other CMS which is developed using Javascript. Hence clients prefer fast loading time and a reliable system.

9) Website optimization - While using different browsers, the CMS needs to be developed in a platform-dependent optimized way. Hence knowledge regarding browser architecture is necessary.

10) Organization preference - Organizations nowadays want to add more animations and graphical rendering to make interactive websites, which can be done using JavaScript and it's frameworks while wordpress lacks animation and graphics rendering.
