Business Needs: As we are aware about the current situation that the pandemic has affected the routine life of millions of people. Activities like essentials shopping has become risky as stepping out means putting oneself at risk. In such event where the consumer is reluctant to step out and we have multiple competitor offering more services like online shopping, we must also analyze this as one of our businees needs and start working on the same by forming teams, estimating cost and organizing work.

Business Requirements: - Having a global accessible portal to the consumers - Consumers should be able to search our inventory for the shopping items. - There should be seperate inventory for each store and someone has to be responsible for its updation. - Having delivery partners to colloborate in shipping of items. - Offer management to long term customers based on old data.

Business Value: - The proposed request in not only for a short term pandemic period but as the pandemic is shifting minds of people to move online more, online shopping will be the new normal going forward in our market. - We are giving an additional and simplified way to consumer to get the things done. It will make our consumers satisfied and will bring in more profit and new memers. This will help us to plan our future as well in this market.

Special Issues or Constraints: - Time can be a major concern here. We want the things to be done ASAP but we still need to analyze the time factor. - Also, we need to choose such a vendor to design our system which can match our budget and standard requirements. - Growth of the userbase should be analyzed in advance to manage the same on the system and design accordingly.
