I am giving all details what and why should u buy in details as per brands prices may vary so that u want to decide.
Laptop Configuration -
When purchasing a laptop directly from a manufacturer, such as Lenovo or HP, we often have the option to configure your system with your choice of CPU, screen, memory, storage and other key components. consider below technical details-
Processor Brand:
For laptops there are two major Processor brands as Intel and AMD.
If you want the best of the best performance with little regard for
price, then turn your head towards Intel. Intel’s processors draw
less heat as well, blessing them with lower TDP (thermal design
point) ratings across the board. Much of this is owed to Intel’s
implementation of hyperthreading, which has been incorporated in
its CPUs since 2002. Hyperthreading keeps existing cores active
rather than letting any of them remain unproductive. Ultimately,
deciding on a CPU is up to personal preference but we prefer Intel
as a processor brand.
Processor Type :
Choose a Core i5 chip for the best balance of performance and
price. You may have the opportunity to pay more for a Core i7, but
the speed bump is relatively minor with that upgrade. Intel's
latest generation is as much as 91 percent faster than the
predecessor, because the new chip has four cores instead of two.
For budget laptops, a Core i3 chip should provide noticeably better
performance than a Pentium or Celeron.
Processor Speed :
In computer language, there are what are known as cycles. Cycles
are groupings of information--a cycle is "completed" when all of
the instructions in the group have been processed. Processor speed
is the number of cycles per second at which the central processing
unit of a computer operates and is able to process information.
Processor speed is measured in megahertz and is essential to the
ability to run applications. Faster processor speeds are desired.
The more cycles that a computer's central processing unit is able
to complete per second, the faster data is able to be processed.
The faster data can be processed, the faster the computer can
complete a task. This means that a computer with a fast processor
speed can complete more tasks in the same amount of time than a
computer with a slow processor, and that more applications can be
running at the same time. As we prefer Core i5 Processor base
frequency varies from 1.20 GHz to 3.5o GHz. And maximum turbo boost
frequency is upto 4.20 GHz.
RAM :
Prefer minimum 8GB RAM. According to programmers requirement most
users need 8GB of RAM to have a good multitasking and productivity
experience. For some IDE and other applications 8GB is
required.
Storage:
Prefer 256GB SSD or better If possible, you want a solid-state
drive (SSD) rather than a hard drive, because the former offers a
much faster, more responsive system. If you don't need to keep a
lot of media files on your storage drive, you can live with a 256GB
SSD, rather than a more-expensive 512GB model.
Operating System :
Prefer DOS based laptop. We can install other operating systems
depends on our requirements.
Graphics Card :
According to our basic programming requirements there is no need of
dedicated graphics card.
Screen :
Resolution of screen should be at Least 1920 x 1080. A full 66
percent of consumer laptops come with low-resolution screens, most
of which are 1366 x 768 pixels. At that resolution, you'll have to
do a ton of scrolling and window switching, because you can't fit
much text on the display at once and can't stack full windows side
by side. Your laptop should be part of the enlightened 34 percent
that have at least 1920 x 1080 (1080p) resolution.
Battery :
A handful of business laptops, including several ThinkPads and
Latitudes, are available with a choice of regular- or high-capacity
batteries. Lithium Ion is better for longer battery life and
backup.
