2. Extranets provide benefits to the business by enabling our business to connect with selected business partners, suppliers, and customers.

3. Technology has both tangible and intangible benefits that will help you make money and produce the results your customers demand. It helps the industry expand and connect overseas also. There are several appliances which companies have manufactured which are based on the internet. you can access it from anywhere within the range.

4. Internet is used to connect different networks of computers simultaneously. It is a public network therefore anyone can access the internet. On the internet, there are multiple users and it provides numerous information to the users.

on the other hand side Intranet is the type of internet which is used privately. It is a private network therefore anyone can’t access the intranet. In intranet, there are limited number of users and it provides limited number of information to its users. Most organizations use it. It doesn't allow outsiders to connect to the internal network.

HRM is a strategy to manage people in an organization to gain competitive advantage.
