Fibre channel is something that is used to transmit data from one system to another. Whereas, ISCSI is the internet SCSI that is nother but a shared storage over the internet. Fiber Channel is a very high data transfer rate using the fiber channel protocol with a data transmission rate upto 128GBs per second. ISCSI is used to share the storage using the internet.

Fiber channel are mostly used by ISPs to transmit data across the world. ISCSI is something what the public Cloud service storage offers.
