Answer #1

Hi,

Given,

20 worker complete work in 30 days. If same amount of work is to be completed in 15 days then how many worker we need?.

Total amount of work done by 20 workers in 30 days = 20*30 = 600 units.

So,

Same 600 units of work needs to be completed in 15 days by n number of worker.

Let n number of workers required to complete 600 unit of work in 15 days.

Total work done in this case = n*15 units.

As the same work is completed so,

n*15 = 600

n = 600/15

n= 40

Hence 40 workers are needed to complete the job 15 days.
