To have different access for Personal and Professional use, create two accounts(one for personal, one for professional).
Assign permissions to drives, folders, files for particular account, deny permission for other account.

Best way to do this is to create two drives(Naming Personal and Professional). Save all the personal data in Personal drive and Professional data in Professional drive. Give permission for Personal drive only for Personal account and for Professional drive only for Professional account.
