1. Graph theory:-

Graph theory has various useful applications the most useful one is it help in developing complex algorithm in easiest way, which not directly but indirectly play a vital role in the field of improving information security.It is also usefulness as models of the real world problems which will be very useful for the information technology.

2. Predicate Logic:-

As we know that everything stored in the system is in the form of bits i.e. in form of 0's and 1's. Various research on the discrete mathematics increases partly due to the development of digital computers which operate and store data in form of bits.In short you can say that with the help of discrete we are able to developed the data that is stored in form of bits which is very beneficial for security or for the information security.
